Welcome 5th Grade!
Welcome Class!
As you know, in order to grow
and maintain good health, the human body needs to consume healthy
foods, regularly exercise, and devote time to rest. The human body
can function without those three categories, but will not function
optimally and will not be healthy.
With this blog, each of us will start writing daily entries that
documents everything we ate or did that helped us maintain good health.
In each entry, you will list three categories ("Healthy Foods", "Exercise", "Amount of Rest").
Under the "Healthy Foods" category, you will write any healthy foods that you ate during that day. Please upload a picture of some of the healthy foods you have eaten.
Under the "Exercise" category, you will write any exercises that you have done or any activities that you feel have helped your body maintain good health that day. Please upload a picture of some of the exercises or activities you have participated in.
Under the "Amount of Rest" category, you will write how many hours you slept during the night and also, if you took any naps, write how many hours or minutes you took a nap for during that day. Please find a website (and post its hyperlink), which explains how many hours children need to sleep per day.
